Maxime Jacq

Research Scientist

My main research interest is on peptidoglycan synthesis and bacterial morphogenesis. I am currently using stalk synthesis in the Asticcacaulis genus as a model for localized peptidoglycan synthesis and morphogenesis. I joined the Brunlab in September 2017 after completing my Ph.D. in Grenoble (France). I love cooking (including a lot of crepes and pastries), hiking in the nearby forests, and watching rugby games.
